Are you looking for hip opening stretches? In this post I walk you through the 10 best yoga stretches to stretch and relax your hips.

My job has me sitting in front of computers all day. If you’re like me you know the importance of stretching out the hips.

As we stick to the chair everyday, for extended periods, our hips don’t get enough exercise. You see we don’t actually use our hips to ensure sitting. Sitting on the floor however is not the same. Our legs are sufficiently worked. However, every few hours just remember to get up and stand for a while. This simple thing has been doing wonders for me, lately.

In this post we are going to learn 10 basic Yoga stretches for hips. Anyone can do these practices. If you feel are having hip pain please do consult a doctor before you try these. I have started seeing a big difference in my hips in less than a week of doing these stretches.

So, without further ado:

Here are the 10 best yoga stretches for your hips.
